Group Courses
Group work is effective in neurodiversity coaching because it fosters a supportive environment where individuals can share diverse perspectives, build social skills, and learn from one another’s unique strengths and experiences.

Wellbeing course (using the PERMA model)
The 6-session PERMA course will help you to understand what creates a fulfilling and resilient life. For neurodiverse women, it offers a strengths-based approach that focuses not on “fixing” differences, but on building wellbeing in ways that honour your identity and needs.
What the six sessions involve
P = Positive Emotion
- Encouraging joy, calm, and moments of self-kindness.
- Using sensory-friendly activities (listening to music, being in nature, pet therapy with Mungo) to build small, reliable sources of positive emotion.
E = Engagement
- Supporting “flow” activities, where focus comes naturally (special interests, hobbies, or creative projects).
- Recognising that deep engagement in passions is a strength, not something to hide.
R = Relationships
- Creating safe, affirming connections where masking isn’t needed.
- Supporting women to build relationships that respect boundaries and differences, while reducing isolation.
M = Meaning
- Exploring identity as a neurodiverse woman and embracing it as part of a valued life story.
- Finding purpose in advocacy, creativity, helping others, or simply living authentically.
A = Accomplishment
- Celebrating achievements (big or small) without comparing to neurotypical standards.
- Setting realistic, personal goals – like managing daily tasks, completing a project, or unmasking in safe spaces.
Why it works
The PERMA model shifts the focus away from “deficits” and toward growth, empowerment, and self-acceptance. For neurodiverse women, it provides a framework that values authenticity, celebrates strengths, and supports mental health holistically.
